Today, with the help of Mr. Warren, we will learn about the tapping of maple trees to make maple syrup. Weather pending, we will go outside and see the sap run from our very own maple tree.

Brookside will host its annual Father's Coffee Hour. We invite all of our dads, grandfathers, uncles or friends to come to school with the children between 9:00 and 10:00am.

The field trip to the Swan Boats has been postponed until Monday, May 3rd.
Description:
We will be going on our last big field trip of the year. We will visit the Boston Public Garden and take a ride on the famous swan boats. After our swan boat ride we enjoy a small snack in the garden before returning home by 11:30am.
We invite a chaperone to come with each child. The cost of the trip for one child and one adult has yet to be determined. This will also include the cost of the bus ride into Boston
